FENIX360 Partners with Gaana to Transform Artist Monetisation in Streaming

  • Gaana to integrate FENIX360’s powerful suite of artist monetisation tools  throughout 2026

  • 70% of new rights income expected to flow directly to artists,  supplementing traditional royalties

Artist-empowerment platform FENIX360 has partnered with Gaana, one of India’s leading music streaming services, to integrate a new suite of creator-focused tools. The deal marks the first time a major streaming platform will adopt a model designed to generate alternative revenue streams for artists.

Rising social media and creator platform FENIX360 helps musicians build sustainable businesses and is currently preparing for its global launch.

Rolling out in phases throughout 2026, the integration will embed FENIX360’s extensive creator suite directly into Gaana, unlocking multiple ways for artists to monetise their work beyond audio streaming.

70% of new revenues generated will flow to the artist or relevant rightsholder, with the remaining 30% split equally between FENIX360 and Gaana.

The partnership will equip artists with the tools they need to participate in one of the industry's fastest-growing sectors. According to MIDiA Research data from earlier this year, global revenues from merchandise, live, and branding grew by more than 20% in 2025.

Yatish Mehrishi, CEO, Entertainment Network India Limited (ENIL), which owns and operates the Gaana music streaming service, said: “We are excited to explore this collaboration with FENIX360. As ENIL continues to strengthen its audio and entertainment ecosystem through its two key brands, Mirchi and Gaana, this partnership has the potential to open up new possibilities for artist engagement, monetisation, and fan connection on Gaana.”

Allan Mark Klepfisz, Chairman & CEO, FENIX360, said: “This partnership with Gaana represents a major milestone in our mission to build a powerful creator ecosystem for artists. India is one of the most exciting music markets in the world, and Gaana offers a compelling platform to help artists grow their audiences, deepen fan relationships, and create meaningful new income opportunities.”
